HBQ-G515 double-head housing machine (V2.0) is a automatic wire harness processing equipment for double-head multi-wire crimping, shelling, tail tin dipping, or double-head multi-wire crimping and shelling. It is suitable for utilizing automotive wire harnesses, home appliance electronic wires and flat cables, the overall layout adopts a modular design, ensuring high efficiency, convenient debugging, and support for rapid type changeover, which can be completed within 1 hour. The equipment is equipped with terminal pressure inspection, stripping CCD inspection (optional), terminal CCD appearance inspection (optional), terminal in-place CCD inspection (optional), NG cutting fool-proofing to prevent defective products from flowing out. Key components are imported or sourced from well - known domestic brands to ensure the reliability of the equipment.
