HBQ-G401B is a semi-automatic screw driving + visual inspection machine (the third generation), mainly used for tightening the nuts of automotive fuse boxes or charging guns of new energy vehicles. The torque values of nut tightening can be uploaded to the MES system in real time for traceability. The machine has functions such as error prevention for tightening multiple screws, error prevention for the screw tightening sequence, custom setting of the tightening torque for multiple screws, custom visual recipes, torque inspection during startup, product reading by scanning the code, high/low torque alarm for the electric screwdriver during tightening, intelligent rework (which can be bound according to the fuse and the nut), and the production log can be queried. The core part, the intelligent electric screwdriver, uses CORETEC imported from Japan (which can be customized according to customer requirements). The application software of the upper computer is independently developed by Haichang Intelligence, which can meet the customized needs of customers.
