HBQ-109 is the stripping and crimping machine used to process the dual-core EV cables. With high-precision servo motor cutter module and horizontal transmission structure with absolute encoder electric cylinder, the machine can secure the stripping accuracy and the crimping position accuracy to be 0.01mm. The floating gripper can ensure a good consistency of the two wires even crimping under different height.
