Air-leakage detection table is a professional machine for the conduction and airtightness detection of plastic housing independently developed by HACINT company.
With PLC and master system, the machine can not only detect the on-off of the interlocking piece in the plastic housing but also control the air-leakage machine to inflate and hold the pressure of the housing, so as to get the purpose of detecting housing leakage.
It is mainly used for the detection of holes, cracks and other defects of housing caused by molding. In the design stage of the harness, it can select seals and core wire to match the housing and verify other materials.
