Drilling hard to improve work skills, tapping talents for company development --Review of the Hacint Skills Competition - 2021

            General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the realization of the "two hundred years" goal and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation would ultimately depend on talents. In order to continuously explore outstanding technical talents, encourage staff to improve their skills,  "promote learning, training and work through competition", Hacint has held skills competitions for many years.

    The 2021 annual skills competition, which kicked off in mid-April and lasted until mid-May, lasted for one month and covered four major centres, namely manufacturing, equipment, moulds and testing, with a total of 16 processes and 106 employees participating. After a fierce competition including theoretical and practical examinations, 15 champions, 9 runners-up and 1 excellent organisation award were selected for the competition.

     

    The mechanism is the guarantee to achieve our goal and the propeller to stimulate the staff's learning perseverance. In order to meet the development needs of the enterprise and improve the overall comprehensive quality of the staff, this skill competition broke the old rules and made bold innovations in the competition mode and the competition team.

    In terms of competition mode, the Applicator Centre strives to break through the existing efficiency level through two rounds of competition, namely "individual competition" and "teamwork", to compare the efficiency of individual assembly with that of teamwork, to discover outstanding talents and explore a new mode of applicator assembly; the Equipment Centre, based on the current situation of many groups and a wide range of products, examines the comprehensive assembly skills of employees in multiple products through two rounds of competition, namely main assembly and secondary assembly, to encourage employees to develop in the direction of multi-talented workers.      

    In terms of competition groups, this competition has added "applicator design", "digital milling programming" and "testing electrical box" to stimulate employees' learning enthusiasm and awareness of problems through the competition, forming a virtuous cycle of competition mechanism and preparing them for future promotion and development.
