The flag-raising ceremony of Hacint for the National Day was held grandly in the square of the office building to congratulate the 74th anniversary of the founding of the motherland at 8:10 a.m. on October 7. Mr. Yang Yongjun-Chairman of Hacint, Mr. Wu Jintao-General Manager of Hacint, and all the employees in Hebi area attended this flag-raising ceremony. General Manager Wu Jintao delivered an important speech.

Raising the national flag and playing the national anthem

The flag-raising ceremony for Hacint’s National Day officially started at 08:20, and the honor guard escorted the national flag and the factory flag to enter. In the sound of the national anthem, the five-star red flag fluttered in the wind and was slowly raised, and all the people of Hacint made a salute and sent their most sincere blessings to the motherland. The solemn ceremony showed the deep love and respect of Hacint people for the motherland, and the neat queue demonstrated the spirit of Hacint people's continuous progress and struggle.

Leader's Speech

After the flag-raising ceremony, Mr. Wu Jintao, General Manager of Hacint ,delivered an important speech. Mr. Wu pointed out that although the company has achieved certain development under the environment of domestic and international market downturn, it has also entered a bottleneck period of development with internal and external difficulties. In order to effectively solve the difficulties the company is facing currently, Mr. Wu proposed the need to make the following reforms in ideology and management mechanism.

Firstly, we will endeavor to build "four advantages" to ensure the good development of the company. Mr. Wu emphasized that the company should continue to dig deeper in the four aspects of technology, cost, quality and culture to maintain the company's competitive advantage and empower the company's sustained good development. At the same time, he emphasized that the company should build a distinctive management culture to provide a strong strength guarantee for the company's rapid development.

Secondly, actively break through the international trade barriers, break through the international trade ceiling. Mr. Wu pointed out that the company has established cooperative relations with many key enterprises in the industry in order to finalize the billion dollar target in the international market. At the same time, in order to better accomplish the development of international market, it also puts forward higher requirements for the introduction and cultivation of relevant talents and the prevention of international patent risks.

Thirdly, to build a strong R&D team, casting the foundation of a century-old enterprise. Mr. Wu emphasized that the company aspires to build an R&D team with 10 years of industry technology precipitation, and strives to create a unique R&D team in the industry, making Hacint becomes the “HUAWEI” in the intelligent manufacturing industry.
