On the morning of October 8, Hacint held a grand flag-raising ceremony for the 2024 National Day at the headquarters square to celebrate the 75th anniversary of our great motherland. The Chairman of Hacint, Yang Yongjun, the General Manager, Wu Jintao, as well as all the employees in Hacint participated in this solemn ceremony. During the ceremony, General Manager Wu Jintao delivered an inspiring speech that motivated every employee.

Flag Raising Ceremony
At 8:20 a.m., the flag-raising ceremony started on time. The guard of honor solemnly escorted the national flag into the flag-raising platform.
In the stirring melody of the national anthem, all the staff looked firmly at the national flag slowly rising, offering the most sincere respect to the motherland. This solemn ceremony not only highlights the deep patriotic feelings of Hacint staff, but also maps out the discipline and positive spirit of our team.

A Speech By a Leader
After the flag-raising ceremony, Wu Jintao, General Manager of Hacint Intelligence, delivered an important speech.
Firstly, Mr. Wu expressed the joy of the 75th anniversary of the motherland's birthday, proud of the country's strength and self-confidence. In the world's turbulent environment, we enjoy peace, cherish and strive to maintain this beauty.
Secondly, Mr. Wu affirmed the remarkable performance of the company in the first three quarters and put forward the following new requirements to promote the high-quality development of Hacint:
1.Product R&D: The level of project management has been significantly improved, and significant progress has been made in strategic products. We need to accelerate breakthroughs in key technology areas to ensure technology leadership.
2.Market Expansion: While growing rapidly, we maintained harmonious relationships with key customers and seized opportunities in the international market. However, we still need to improve the wolf consciousness and market sensitivity of our sales team.
3.quality construction: we have made systematic progress in quality control, but we need to further strengthen the quality awareness of all staff, deepen quality activities, and pursue “zero defects”.
4.internal operation: the management mechanism is getting better and better, and the spirit of struggle is high. We need to achieve rapid improvement in delivery capability, quality awareness, process reliability and proactive feedback.
5.Cultivate culture: deepen the concept of customer-centeredness, normalize the orientation of strivers, integrate the “three hearts” (sincere, careful, warm) and “five nots” (not stupid, not greedy, not afraid of death, not sparing no effort, not calculating) into the spirit of the service staff's kernel.The company has created a positive corporate culture atmosphere.
Finally, Mr. Wu re-emphasized that in the face of the current fierce competition in both domestic and overseas markets, every one of us at Hacint must earnestly perform our duties.We need to replace the pure price competition by improving quality, technology and delivery, as well as increasing market share, so as to transcend the inefficient involution and realize the more advanced value competition.
