HBQ-804E automatic crimping machine is a brand-new model independently developed by Hacint for the wire harness industry. It has a six-station flexible platform. In addition to the crimping station, workstations with different functions such as sealing workstation, visual inspection workstation, and parallel crimping module can be optionally configured and freely combined. The equipment is driven by a servo system with new technology, equipped with a highly integrated and lightweight swing arm structure, a specially designed dual-channel cutter, a multifunctional button panel and other brand-new designs, making the equipment powerful and suitable for a rich variety of processes.
